Founded in 2022, Premo Cannabis Company is a certified, New Jersey Minority-Owned Business.  Owners, Donald Blanks and Skye Blanks, are African American, and pillars within the Keyport community (our first location).  As a New Jersey certified Minority Business Enterprise, we recognize that minorities have been disproportionately impacted by enforcement of drug laws, regulations and policies.
